To set up direct deposit, you will need your routing number and account number (this is NOT your card number). There are two ways to set up Direct Deposit to your personalized card at no additional cost :

Once you receive your personalized card in the mail, the form shown below will be attached with your account information pre-filled in. Sign and date the form and provide it to your employer to set up Direct Deposit.

Print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form.

Log into your Personalized Card Account.

Once you have logged in, click on “Card Information.”

Complete the PDF form using the “Account Number” listed on the Card Information page. This is NOT your card number.

Fill out the Refund section of your federal income tax return, form 1040 or 1040A or 1040EZ. For "Type" put an X in the "Checking" box. IRS will Direct Deposit your refund.

For your employer to set up Direct Deposit, provide the completed Direct Deposit Authorization form to your employer.

*One time $10 credit will be applied within 30 days after a successful first direct deposit is made to a Personalized card account between January 1, 2014 and June 1, 2014. Account must be open and in good standing at the time of the credit. Offer not valid for existing accounts receiving direct deposit.
