* When you use an ATM, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator
in addition to applicable fees set forth in this Section (and you may be charged
a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a fund transfer).
** There is no charge from us for an Email or Text Message Alert. However, standard
text messaging rates from your phone service provider may apply if you sign up for
this service and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, for any charges that
you receive from your phone service provider. You may also send us text messages
and receive up to five free Text Message Balance Inquiries per calendar month; an
$0.08 fee will apply for each Inbound Text Inquiry. Email and Text Message Alert
services are only available on the Personalized Card.
*** We charge a fee of 2% of the dollar amount of each transaction that you make
in a country other than the United States, whether or not the transaction was in
a foreign currency.
**** You must call customer service to initiate an Emergency Card Replacement. Your
new card will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
